No wonder they're closed I redeemed a $100 gift certificate, once with a manicure and another time with a facial. Both visits were terrible. The manicurist didn't speak the ENTIRE time, or even smile! The facialist told me to disrobe! When I asked her why I should get undressed for a facial, she stuttered something about a massage. I didn't get undressed, of course. After the facial, she told me I had terrible skin, then recommended a product sold by them. Gift Certificates ???? They are closed now due to shady business practices. If you have a Gift Certificate... Bring it to Healing Hands Therapeutic Massage. I will honor the Gift Certificate for entire purchase price. You can use the gift certificate for up to 50% of my service cost per visit.
BAD BUISNESS What the heck, My husband bought me a gift cerficate there after i had my baby at the end of july. The expiration is not till 2016, not once did they mention that they were closing!!!!!! The just closed and told no one not even their clients. I want my money back, i know at least ten other people too they did this too, im thinking class action suit against them. You cant just sell a promise for services and not come through or atleast TELL us!!!!!
Greatest Spa in Oxford! I LOVE serenity! I've been there for massages (even pregnancy massages), facials, waxes, nails, you NAME IT! Every member of the staff are top notch professionals. They are so eager to help you and fit you in their schedule. Stop by on GAME WEEKEND to relax after a REBEL WIN! Hotty Toddy!
Ahhhhhhhhhhh..... The girl who works the desk at Serenity is what customer service should be. She knows everyone by name and always acts like it makes her day to see you. The good they offer are top notch and the massages are amazing. Highly recommended.
