I contacted the office by phone and received a response from Mr. Oswaldo Perez, who appears to be the director or manager of the clinic. Mr. Perez asked me to send him my personal information and my health insurance information, promising to call me back to schedule my first appointment. Never got sent a link to my appointments, the therapist had to send them after the start time. Was never notified when my therapist couldn’t make an appointment, the therapist had to tell me when I texted them for the link. They couldn’t even tell me they didn’t take my insurance, but used my 6 free appointments from my job. Could never get ahold of anyone more than half the time, I would even get call denied in the 3rd ring. The people you pay to provide mental help, shouldn’t cause more mental pain. I made the mistake of inquiring about an appointment and now I get 5-6 automated calls a day.. I called to see why and was just told to block the number. Not sure I would use this company based on the customer service
