poor communication and service do not go here!
the worst experience with the disorganized program and talk about insurance and patient fraud oh my goodness. would never recommend them to anyone. if you have been a patient be aware of what they are trying to get out of your pocket !!! sad that there are programs like this in the toughest time if you're life.
Hire competent counselors
RecommendedI just wanted to thank the staff who has worked hard during these tough times. with the Corona Virus epidemic. however I would like to see better language being used. I was appalled to hear the graphic language coming from the staff & the community...

I can’t see how you help anybody that is Or been a heroin and meth person for years after three days you toss them out with Suboxone Maybe it’s the kind of insurance a person has but this is a second time of someone being there three days It didn’t help and the persons there for the second time and is leaving already I’m sorry but I am just speaking how I feel
I went to serenity Lane in 2009 I just celebrated 10 years not drinking Liz was my counselor she was the best
I graduated from SLU Jan. 17, 23 years ago. Still sober -- tUG -- thank YOU GOD.
