I've been to a few spas now, and Serenity is by far the best. The ladies are so sweet and do their best. The massages and facials make a huge difference for me.
I have not been there yet but it sure looks like somewhere I would like to go and stay and relax.
Such a disappointment. I was looking forward to having my hair done for one of the most important days in a girls life when I arrived to be greeted by an unfriendly stylist who said she was not aware of what I had booked in for and had not got enough time to do my hair. The fact that the team at reception failed to even find a solution for me made matters worse, no one had time to wash and blow dry and style my hair as id booked for and that afternoon was my important event. As a true 'Spa Bunny' I can say this is a experience not to miss! Erica, Amanda and Genevieve you ladies ROCK! Once you cross the threshold you could be anywhere! The services are spectacular and the ambiance relaxing much more than I expected without a much higher price tag. Keep up the great work. I look forward to returning with all the 'girls'!
All staff was sweet, polite & put a new meaning to customer service. Most relaxing wax I have ever had & 1st I did not get red bumps & irritation. AWESOME!
My daughter-in-law and I spent the day here yesterday, and had an awesome experience. If you go for a massage, ask for Joyce! It was literally the best massage I ever had. Can't wait until I can go again.
