Even though our group of 5 had appointments first thing in the morning, my the very pregnant daughter had to wait will all day long for a pedi/foot massage. She was not invited to go back to the relaxation room, or offered any beverages or snacks. Very disappointed.

My daughter just returned home from having gel nails. The girl not only cut her fingers twice with the cuticle clippers and bled, the polish was all over the place. I could not believe it! As much as I wanted her to have a good experience, she did not. I recommended y’all as she is here visiting from NYC. I will not be referring again. So embarrassed! Apparently employees are not fully trained and that is concerning.
