I Michelle Hubbard a patient with Serenity for the last three months. I have truly enjoyed the workers during this transformation of my life. Beginning with Crystal very standing Cna patient kind and caring. Elena, my nurse a person who cares enough to speak the truth in situations when you’re not doing right. I want to express my gratitude for the excellent care and service received by the hospice nurses who cared for my father, Gary Updike. The kind caregiver who bathed my father and the minister who supported my father with spiritual and emotional strength. Serenity Hospice provided excellent care for my father and answered all my questions and phone calls.
My father has stage 6 dementia/Alzheimer's and is under Serenity's care. The entire organization has been wonderful from pastoral care (Ms Vicki), general care (CNA Crystal) and nursing care (Amy Levi RN). Together they have dramatically improved dad’s quality of life for what time he has left. I truly believe he is healthier today with Serenity as compared to without. They are truly “walking” alongside us as part of the family!
My experience with Serenity hospice has been extremely a positive one. Nurse Christine is knowledgeable and experienced! She is quick to take action as needed and answers her phone quickly. She explains what to expect and sets expectations up front. I normally don’t send reviews however for the care of anyone’s loved one it is highly needed. I highly recommend Serenity plus Christine and her team!
I love my hospice people.Christina is acceptional at what she does.They all have treated my 99 yr old mother with respect and dignity .They get her supplies and meds. on time.Mom loves Christina and Gabby! Thank you sooo much with all u do.
