Horrible came twice knocked over coffee staining rug knocked tv off stand. Tells me to order supplies they don’t provide someone else comes says they do provide had to pay for 10 visits up front got 2 visits before my sister passed away. No return of the balance of money i paid. Unprofessional. Asked the chaplain if i needed someone to come instead of calling and asking me themselves. Would never recommend. NEVER NEVER
Kelly rotunda is the best I love her and she is an angel sent from god to help with transition and any questions she gets nurses and aides out quickly if need be I’ve have many patients on hospice and serenity is the best
