Very poor care! Medications were ordered that we didn't even request such as Fentanyl and at a very high dose. I would be very cautious before I tried using Viaquest if you want someone who cares about your loved one. They also would not release her medical records, even though signed documentation was presented, in order for us to get care elsewhere.
