I've worn many nursing hats and I'm happy to say working for Serenity Hospice is my favorite thus far. I am able to provide nursing care and education to my patients and families. My coworkers Aruna, Krystal, and Stacy have helped me tremendously in the past 6 months with learning all aspects of hospice care.
Cannot say enough about the compassionate and caring experience Serenity has provided to my parent. In particular Aruna and Jovannie who have been so comforting and understanding and made my parent feel heard and comfortable. They are the best. Thank you Serenity.
Never Serenity! I am sorry to say I think I made a mistake going with this company. Serenity Hospice is supposed to be helping my son during his last stage of life with Compassionate Care but they are not doing that . My son is in Runnels Rehab in Berkeley Heights and the hospice AIDS and nurses don't do anything for him unless the Runnel staff calls them, which they do not do. I don't feel like I have hospice for my son and it's very upsetting. They are not giving him the medicine he needs to have a peaceful passing. The ho... read more
My husband was well taken care of from a team of people at Serenity.Starting with Yosef our social worker who was only a phone call away.He helped me out with whatever problem I had.Our nurses Shaun&Emma were so kind&compassionate to my husband&took great care of him.Our aide Shonda took care of Billy,with the everyday things(Sometimes him grumbling all the way)&she was good company for him.If ever I had a question day or night I would call the main number.They would either solve my problem or have someone call me back immed... read more
