My husband was in hospice care and he passed peacefully. Serenity hospice helped me like God, they showed me God love, all the support I needed. Thanks to them. May God give them many locations in the world, amen
The aides were sweet and attentive, the case manager assigned to my mother lacked transparency and communication. After my mom passed, no condolences or grief support were offered.
Serenity hospice is amazing! It truly went above and beyond when pulled in the last minute. It's suggestions and compassion prior to my mom's death and follow up with me afterwards are remarkable. Only wish mom's facility had given mom and me more time to work with Serenity. Serenity added so much value!
Their service was excellent.Even after my husband died they continue to provide emotional support.I highly recommend them.
