Once again I am waiting for communication from Lori, since December 12, to tell me my nose pillows are in. Promises, no follow up followed by profuse apologies. There has been three total turnover of staff since I started going there, perhaps Lori isn’t there anymore.
Have had a few bad experiences with Serenity. In January I posted a review. I got a call from Jessica. She said she’s new and was working on fixing the mess that she took over. She found out what was going on and it was her daughter who had dropped the ball. They finally got me my supplies like three weeks after I should have got them. She said id be her guinea pig on a new program. I was supposed to be setup for someone to reach out each month and get me new supplies (like Alicks does). So very thankful I found this place. I am on vacation and forgot to pack a piece of my CPAP equipment. An amazing staff member (Asia (sp?)) was able to look up exactly what I needed and had it ready for me when I arrived. She even insured it was the correct part before I left. She was extremely helpful, professional and had the best customer service. I highly recommend Serenity Home Medical to anyone looking at them.
Needed to purchase compression hose for surgery. When I went in to get fitted and purchase there were two ladies that helped me and were very nice. They told me they were out of stock of the size I needed and would order and I would have within 1 week. After 10 days of not call back letting me know my item was in. I called and talked to a gentlemen that they were not in and to callback next week. I let him know that I was told they would be here in a week and I needed them by the 24 th. His response was ok. We are out if town on a work trip and my dog chewed my husband's CPAP. Serenity Home Medical Equipment came to the rescue! They were so helpful and kind.
