Shannon and Melissa are great! We have purchased two hut tubs from them and would look no where else. Highly recommend, very knowledgeable.
We replaced our old hot tub with a Cal Spa Costa EC-767L about 2 months ago and OMG, what an upgrade! This hot tub has powerful jets and heats extremely fast compared to our old tub. We purchased the hot tub from Serenity Home Leisure and have since returned to purchase product. From our initial purchase to today, the sales and service have been stellar! Serenity Home Leisure has set the standard that others should be measured by. Highly recommend!
I give my highest recommendation to Serenity Home Leisure. If you live in the DMV, this is really the place to get your hot tub. Shannon is absolutely outstanding. He is incredibly knowledgeable, and takes the time to listen to you and understand what you are looking for, and then shares great options at various price points. I bought a Cal Spa from Serenity Home Leisure about a year ago - I love my tub, and I couldn't have been happier with my choice to buy here. Shannon and Melissa were so helpful and personable throughout the entire purchase. We also loved meeting Chonk when we came to the store to wet test. You will not find a better spa dealership in northern virginia than Serenity Home Leusure. Shannon and Melissa are amazing and will go above and beyond to help you and get the best spa for you!
