He has always answered my calls, recommended quality products, walked me through diagnostic issues over the phone, and even come out personally to replace a part. Purchased our hot tub here three years ago and still have no regrets! The hot tub is everything we wanted and the service from Serenity is top notch. We have worked with both Shannon and Melissa and they are fantastic. Wanted some Adirondack chairs for the porch, and it was a no brainer to come back to Serenity for the purchase!
