Shannon n Melissa were amazing with helping us pick our hot tub. We love the Calspa Newporter we got. When you follow their instructions you do not smell chlorine at all and that’s what really sold us on this. I’m health conscious and not smelling the typical chemical chlorine smell was really important. As far as service, we even had a light out and they came out and took care of the issue right away. Love these guys and will be a customer for life.
We purchased the Calspa Newporter hot tub and it's been amazing not to mention the support received from Melissa and Shannon who helped us make the right decision and the ongoing support post purchase and install. Serenity home leisure is definitely our number 1 choice to shop for hot tubs and outdoor furniture!
Poor quality of pizza!
Absolutely amazing customer service! Melissa and Shannon go out of their way to ensure you have an amazing hot tub experience. We had an issue with our hot tub (turned out to be the fault of the electrician) when we first got it installed. Shannon left work at the end of the day on a Friday afternoon and traveled over an hour to our house to take care of us and fix the problem. We were sitting in the hot tub that night! Thanks Shannon and Melissa for all that you do!
Great experience: Quality outdoor furniture and Shannon and his staff are very helpful. Worth your while to travel there and take a look.
