Aisha was very descriptive with me as well
This company is unprofessional and they quick to remove you from the schedule of a client to give it to other person. But they don't move with quickness to give another client for you to continue to stay on the schedule. In which they know after three months you will have to start the process over again. Please do better in which I heard this on Facebook from other user.
Training was very informational on how to be empathetic and compassionate
Absolutely amazing. Aisha was very detailed & hands on with training work. Explained everything that I needed to know to become a Professional Health Caregiver.
When attending the Bronzeville branch of Serenity it was a very welcoming and informative orientation session. This overall experience was a pleasure to have attended. All the information that was provided was to ensure quality care and services that are expected to be rendered to the client.
