My training experience at Serenity Health Home Care was wonderful! My trainer Aisha was knowledgeable, efficient, patient, thorough, and engaging—all while multitasking. She made the training informative, comfortable, and somehow even fun! I truly appreciate her professionalism and patience. She was absolutely outstanding!

Please don’t apply for the office on 106th & Ewing!!! I didn’t even apply for that one I applied for 87th but they sent me to 106th, it’s terrible I didn’t even apply orientation and everything haven’t got a client it’s been over a month eveytime I call they say they don’t have people WHY ARE yall having us do orientation and stuff just to never get a client?????

The training and onboarding process was quick and easy. I was assigned to start with my client the next day. My supervisor always responds to my concerns timely…Ms. Wande is great!!!

I have been with serenity chatham for over 2 years, I have an amazing supervisor Ms wande) that I work with. Serenity always have clients available and the staff will work within your schedule as long as you communicate with them. I've never had any disagreement with none of the staff and doesn't intend to, I love the way the staff cares about the caregivers as well as their clients.

I contacted the office and was advised to complete the necessary paperwork, and then I was asked to contact the office again. I have not yet received a return call from the individual who promised to do so after I submitted my application. It is quite disheartening to receive such information when one is simply trying to secure employment.
