No one answers the phone here bad service
On June 26, 2025 I had a "pop up" visit from Field Supervisor, Yolanda Flores. I was really having a bad day and my caregiver received call from Ms. Flores stating she was downstairs and needed me to sign papers. While I became very angry about "popup" visit, Ms. Flores maintained a very professional attitude with me. I had told prior field individual that someone dropped the ball because caregiver is not a relative to me. Kudos to Ms. Flores for her persistent calm character.
