I have been with serenity chatham for over 2 years, I have an amazing supervisor Ms wande) that I work with. Serenity always have clients available and the staff will work within your schedule as long as you communicate with them. I've never had any disagreement with none of the staff and doesn't intend to, I love the way the staff cares about the caregivers as well as their clients.

I contacted the office and was advised to complete the necessary paperwork, and then I was asked to contact the office again. I have not yet received a return call from the individual who promised to do so after I submitted my application. It is quite disheartening to receive such information when one is simply trying to secure employment.

I completed an 2 hour orientation and was told that I would get an email concerning the next steps, I haven't received anything! I have called , left voice messages, still nothing. Every time I call Iam being told that the person that does the on boarding is not there and to call back on a Monday. When Mondays come I call and still nothing. I been working for Serenity for about 6 months and have not had any problems of course everyone has good and bad days when working with the public but overall nice staff and good company.
