This place is a joke!!! They dont pay you for hours worked, they're management is ridiculous. The rules they try to enforce is most likely illegal. Go to any other home healthcare or find a private caregiver. They're a waste of time and sanity.
First two left me with more work after- had to redo the laundry at midnite because soap was not removed. Third was adequate but at the end I felt she took advantage of me by using phone excessively
Adetola is à nice person and well detailed in his job. I recommend Serenity in all aspect to people out there.
