We recently switched from PeaceHealth to Serenity, I am so beyond glad we did! Tammy provides an excellent level of care for my daughters. Love her assistant. Their billing department is so much better than PeaceHealth as well!
Awesome customer service and very kind and helpful
i was traveling through Ketchikan and needed medical attention late on a Friday afternoon. Not only was Tammy Earnest able to help, but both she and Shannon were professional, put me at ease and were able to help me with my problem. In addition, Tammy also listened carefully to my friend who accompanied me about some medical issues she had been struggling with and, free of charge, spent about a half an hour helping her to figure out the best way forward.
