My husband was under their care for 12 days and he was well cared for!.. Jeena, Paul and staff were very attentive to his care and needs. They kept me informed of his condition on regular basis as I was unable to visit him on daily basis, being out of state… Clean facility, private room, bathroom within safe space… I was very satisfied and grateful to everyone who care for my husband!! Highly recommend!…
House is in a safe area, clean remodeled inside. Jeena RN pleasant and kind. The clients in home dressed cleaning, games being played. My favorite is that each room has a sliding door exit and not dark.
It’s always an emotional decision when you are looking for a care facility for your parents. I had visited several but when I saw Serenity Senior Care and spoke to Jeena and Paul, I knew this was the right one. I was impressed by how warm, clean and well-maintained the home is. I am so incredibly grateful for the care my mother receives at Serenity Health. From the very beginning, the owners and staff has gone above and beyond to make sure she is safe, comfortable, and well cared for. Jeena communicates very well, especially when there are changes or health concerns. Serenity Senior Care is by far the BEST alternative to being at home while maintaining excellent care for your aging parent or family member. You definitely must schedule a visit to consider your options. You will be very lucky if a space opens up here. Over 10 difficult years, we had my father at a variety of very high end facilities, all of which had neglected basic oversights of his health and well being at scale.
