Dr. Malik is consistently 2 hours late to her appointments. There is obvious lack of respect for patients' time and careless scheduling. Unless you like hanging out in waiting rooms, this is not the place for you. Even on telehealth, there was a two hour delay. My appointment was less than 10 minutes and no changes were made. Even so, the provider failed to send prescription refills to the pharmacy. Embarrassing and unacceptable. Go elsewhere.
Could use some TLC.
I've been going here for a couple of months now and they really do care about helping you and your needs. I would definitely recommend.
