Jen is a fantastic therapist. I came to her at a time in my life when I was hurting, lost, and had very little support. She gave me the tools necessary to develop an internal support system for myself, to see the world in a realistic way, and to help me realize that I can learn and move on from my mistakes. I'm in a completely different place in my life, a much better place, since I started seeing her. Highly recommend her services, you will not be disappointed!

Jen is a gem and the best therapist you will find. I've been to at least 8 different counselors over the years and she is by far head and shoulders above the rest, no comparison. I started using her for couples counseling and then moved to one on one. She is gentle, caring, relatable, and gives great advice.
