Firstly, she is not a money hogger, she suggested to see a dermatologist instead of stealing money from us for unwanted services. Great customer service, she is loyal to her customers. Will visit her soon for her services in hand too.

Lauren is an exceptional person and a fantastic stylist. I really enjoyed how she took the time to get to know ME, who I was and how to incorporate my haircut with my preference and style. She did an exceptional job! Highly recommended!!

So happy I found Brittni!! She did an awesome job by listening to what I wanted and making sure I was happy. As an added bonus, she was very sweet and personable. Highly recommend Serenity and Brittni.

I have had terrible hair cut experiences in the past, so am always wary of going to a new stylist. After perusing reviews I decided to give Serenity Hair Spa a try. I came in with pictures of haircuts that showed what I was looking for and got exactly what I wanted. My husband cannot stop telling me how much he loves my new cut. Everyone was super friendly. I would recommend.

I recently visited this salon and Shelby did a fabulous job on my hair. I would highly recommend her if you are in the Ballantyne area. Go for the full treatment, you won't regret it!! Thanks Shelby!
