Always have had a great experience the first time I colored my hair it came out exactly how I wanted and the stylist Sarah was an overall sweetheart and made me feel so comfortable and cut off what I was comfortable since I had longer hair.
Needed a last minute appointment for 4th of July called and was able to get scheduled for appointment with Morgan. Two weeks later my hair has never felt dryer and fried she over processed my hair did a botch job on cutting its one of the worst cuts I’ve ever had done. She did not listen to the color I wanted and gave me exactly what I told her I DID NOT WANT. The biggest concern is the price I paid for damaged hair at this salon. Love love love Brandon and the entire staff at Serenity! My daughter had Mandy as a stylist for the first time and couldn't be happier! Brandon has been doing my hair nearly 30 years. I have a super fine texture and he's the only one that can manage it. 10 stars!
This was my first time at Serenity and Sarah was my stylist - WOW! She was amazing! She listened to me and did exactly what I was looking for. My daughter recommended her and I am so happy she did. She is a blonde expert!! I was offered a refreshment, conversation was great, and it was just an overall amazing experience - I even let her blow dry my hair and she styled it exactly how I would - that never happens with other stylists; I would always leave with my hair wet. Doris provided an awesome experience. She was friendly and sweet but also allowed me to sit quietly and rest, which, as a new mom who came in need of a self-care moment, I was so grateful for. She asked clarifying questions throughout and helped me to identify exactly what I wanted, even helping me realize that my wearing glasses would change the best style for me.
