Great customer service and attention to individual hair care
This was my first time here. Very welcoming environment. All staff is great. Good communication and awesome customer service. My stylist Mariah was amazing! I will return. Actually, booking my next appointment now!
I’ve been to this hair salon a few times over the past 2 years but my most recent visit for a curl definition appointment with Mariah was amazing!!!! She knows what she is doing and I’ve never gotten this many compliments on my hair before. She was patient, thorough and explained in detail all the products she was using and her styling technique. She also trimmed my hair appropriately and made my hair feel and look healthy. She’s the best and I can’t wait until my next hair appointment!
My hair was done at Serenity Hair and Spa, and Samantha did an excellent job. The environment was welcoming, and it is a place I will recommend, especially for us natural hair girlies who can’t seem to find a decent hairstylist. Kudos to the staff for the hard work, and I will definitely be returning.
