My time at this spa has come to an end. After many years as a client, I’ve experienced inconsistent service and results – from uneven trims to poorly done sew-ins – and most recently, increasingly rude interactions from staff. In my opinion, the prices are high compared to the quality and inconsistency of the services provided. To pay premium rates and then endure poor customer care is to add insult to injury. I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere.

For someone that struggles severely with their scalp and finding good customer service, especially in South Florida, this is definitely worth the 35-minute drive. This is the best beauty salon. Not only is the customer service the best, but the results of their services show it. I have a relaxer and come every three weeks for a hydration treatment, and Dandruff treatment has not only made my hair healthy, but it has grown as well. Nakia was amazing her entire staff was so accommodating i saw her instagram which exemplifies her amazing work I text her she responded right away and she was available the next day for me to come in. Her salon has a beautiful design and not to mention it smelled so good when I walked in I felt right at home. 👩🏿‍🦱🙏🏿Honest feedback. I stopped going here because I did not like the way my hair was being handled by one of the two ladies. After washing my hair, the stylist was rough with the detangle and did not do it well enough. The remainder of the detangle was done with the blow dryer and unattached comb. The sections of the hair blow dried were not small enough. She was not delicate or gentle enough. The blow dryer heat used was too hot. She kept getting my scalp with flat iron.
