Dr. Tatyana and her staff were amazing! From the very first moment, my visit to the dental clinic was very comfortable. I was surrounded by care and attention. I brought my teenage daughter here, and I was absolutely delighted; all my questions were answered and the care was excellent. My daughter really liked Dr. Tatyana. I'd also like to add :the appointments were quick, and there was no long wait at the dental clinic. Our visit was completely stress-free. I'm very glad we found a doctor we can trust.
The medical and dental care provided were truly excellent, and I felt very confident in the doctor and the clinical team. However, patient experience is shaped by every interaction. In this case, my interaction at the front desk regarding the treatment plan calculations and related information significantly affected my overall impression. The communication style and tone felt less supportive than expected, especially when discussing financial details and care options.
