We went here to see the model homes as we were looking for a new home as we needed an upgrade. When we entered, we were profiled by the old guy (probably on his 70s) and told us (non verbatim) “it will cost you to sign up as it is the only thing you can afford.” Just because we were wearing shorts and t-shirt doesn’t mean we don’t have money to buy a house.
