This teahouse has amazingly beautiful decor, delicious food, and is the BEST at customer service. I cannot thank them enough for making a perfect Mothers Day tea yesterday. The owner of the teahouse is fantastic at what she does and it shows!
RecommendedThe tea was very good, the sandwiches quite expensive, chicken salad tasted ok but not delicious, the field green salad bitter and the fruitcup had one or two grapes well past their prime. Was most disappointed with the petit fours we had, one tasted like Lemon Pledge, the others were edible but definitely not scrumptious. My chair was so rickety I was nervous it might collapse. It’s a cute place for this area which is strictly strip malls and drug stores. The atmosphere is shabby chic with lots of teapots and crockery decorating the rooms. The music detracted from the atmosphere. They should have played a light classical, or chamber music but they were playing New Orleans Jazz. The menu is a bit too expensive for the fare. The desserts were ordinary. The tea was flavorful.
My Mother, Daughter and I love this tea house and we go there every time we come to Florida from the North East. We always have a great time as we love the tea and lunch selections and the desserts are delicious.
Went for high tea, and it was the loveliest experience. Their sweets were absolutely scrumptious, and you can't find a more charming environment for afternoon tea. Had the Lady Gray, which I recommend. Can't wait to go back!
We had a party of 5 and the service was excellent Audrey and her team was very accommodating
