Outstanding funeral director to work with!
Two location owner Kendrick is top notch, an excellent communicator and we did our first full body burial at sea together. He drove ALL NIGHT from GA to FL to make it happen. Client family was quite pleased --Highly recommend and we hope to work with Kendrick and Serenity funeral home and cremation in the near future. A+++

They did my Dad's funeral in 2016, it was a hot mess! Funeral attendants arguing in the church in front of family, we thought we were going to view my dad one last time as at a regular service you do but that didn't hat I looked down for two minutes and they already had rolled my dad outside! We were deceived about what was included in package we got also... It was horrible! Very stressful and upsetting!

From start to finish Darelle, David and entire staff was professional and very comforting to the family. They went above and beyond for my son’s service. Everything was simply beautiful. We were more than pleased with everything. You couldn’t ask for a more caring, considerate director and staff. Darelle has a gift for making the process smooth and making you feel like family. I will definitely recommend this funeral home to others.

Fast response. Provided exceptional service for my brother's home-going celebration. I'd definitely recommend. My brother looked great and natural. The decor was exceptional. Our families needs were catered to.

Went to a wake and the body was not there, they were late. I thought the body is to be at the church at least an hour or so prior to the wake starting. They were very unprofessional, did not have enough people to carry the casket, the family was disappointed with the way their loved one looked. They need to get it together

I witnessed them late with the body for a funeral which is unacceptable. I heard that they didn't even shave him and tge family had to resolve this themselves.

When we entrust a funeral home to perform proper burial services we expect the absolute best. One of many complaints about this funeral home goes as follows: the funeral home embalmed our loved one to where he was all sunken in on one side, completely unacceptable. Flowers were only on the top when it was supposed to be a trio arrangement. missing. The Funeral Director was extremely argumentative and forgetful.

My friend recently chose this funeral home after being referred by someone else. During what is already a difficult time, the director argued back and forth with the widow on the details, the contract did not match conversations, and on the day of the wake the body arrived late to the service. To add insult, one of the visiting church resolutions was left at the funeral home the day of the service despite being delivered to the funeral home in advance. The staff was unprofessional and lacking in compassion throughout the process. A family should not have to deal with poor service on top of preparing to lay their loved one to rest.
