"Background - I am a resident in the UK and while visiting family and friends in Parker, Colorado, I took advantage of scheduling and had a Comprehensive Male Health lab draw with SERENITY. As expected, the staff were very friendly, polite and welcoming. This facility NEEDS A BETTER ANSWERING SYSTEM. I call during business hours and no answer. The fact that I have to call about 10 times in a row just to speak with someone is unbelievable.
