I was referred to Kara through Gordon at the chiro studio to see my 4/2 year old boys. She did a thorough review of their body, with gentle adjustments and even does cranial work for my one son. She keeps them in a healthy state. Highly recommend!!
We love Dr Kara! She has helped me with my chronic tension headaches and kept me aligned during multiple pregnancies making for a much easier deliveries. Just recently she helped my 5 month old enjoy tummy time and after just a few adjustments he started to crawl and enjoy moving around much easier. Highly recommend her chiropractic office, always a welcoming environment.
I highly recommend Dr. Kara. I have been to Serenity Chiro for almost 10 years now! My oldest gave me tailbone problems and I have been able to manage pain with regular adjustments. Recently had a baby who couldn’t and wouldn’t sleep /nap as a normal baby should do. He was acting in pain. We took him in and after 4 or 5 adjustments he’s a new sleeping baby!
