This place is so beautiful but the lack of professionalism by the owners is absolutely terrible!!! I found it through another girl that Although she told me she encountered many problems with you all she said the venue was worth it so I booked it anyways. You are never going to continue booking weddings or other events there if this is the way you act towards people. I paid 600 dollars for a cabin with power, water and internet/tv, and 2 decks but the back roof is full of holes and we couldn't use it in the rain. I informed you that the t.v. and internet didn't work the first night and I told your husband again the next day. He apologized but then basically asked me if I was a pedophile when he learned that my girlfriend was younger than me. That was incredibly unprofessional. My family was there for the week of July 8-14 2017. The views were breathtaking. We immediately fell in love with the property, the view, Sue & Ken and the kids, the dogs, the whole experience was definitely much needed. I honestly miss u guys! I sure hope we get to see y'all again. Thanks for everything you did to make our week memorable.
Was there for a wedding 7/17, beautiful views. Met the owners nice family. Will be back to visit again.
The falls itself is beautiful. However the owners were very rude and insulting to the brides guest. The cabin had only limited electricity. Told us the hot tub could not be turned on due to electrical problems. When reservations were made the hot tub was a must. No refund even when we told them this was unacceptable. Not sure if they are sure how to run a business or not.
