Highly recommend, worked with Mike for about a year, initally seeing him weekly then biweekly. Great therapist, allowed me to truly dig deeper of why I was trying to change the people around me when I could just change myself. Finding a therapist to connect with can be challenging and is a process, but with Mike I had a level of comfortability where It didn't seem to feel pressured or overwhelming. During our session, the therapist spent most of the time discussing his own experiences rather than addressing our concerns. He made several unnecessary comments about my language and posture, which came across as judgmental and dismissive. He repeatedly asked the same questions but seemed confused and unable to accurately restate what we said. Dr. Mike is amazing. He really cares. You can really tell that he wants to help. I have always felt comfortable sharing and have learned so much from him. If you are going through something this is the Dr. You want. He is patient and kind and not judgmental at all. It feels like a journey you take with him. When I leave a session with him I feel less alone and definitely feel less lost. I truly feel he is a gift.

My husband and I found Mike as we were going through a very stressful time for ourselves and our family as a whole. Mike got us in and spent hours with us as a couple and individually on a short timeline. He listened intently, asked hard questions and challenged us in the ways we needed to learn and grow both individually and as a couple. He’s a genuinely good human, cares for his clients and is able to create a safe and nonjudgmental space to allow the most private of us to open up. We can’t thank Mike enough.
