Don’t anticipate a warm welcome here. Called on Thursday for appointment availability for a specific therapist got a return call Monday just called back and will not be going here. Was told there would be a “back and fourth regardless” I said I don't feel comfortable sharing why I am going to counseling over the phone to someone I have never met after giving general summary of conflicts.. fire Kimberly
I’ve had really good experiences for myself and my child.
They were working with my daughter and it was a great experience all the way around. They were very flexible with our hectic schedule and situation. Danika is the best.
Joke of a counseling office. The therapist Canceled 7 appointments, 3 of which without notice, and provided no progress updates throughout the therapy sessions. Dropped as a patient after 2 personal cancellations! Maybe focus on being able to yourselves before you try to help others, especially their children!
My therapist is wonderful and the staff is so nice. The owner is great too and really helped me understand my insurance benefits.
