Renee is the most unprofessional prescriber they have. Every single time someone is forced to meet with her “based on Facebook groups no one likes her at all and prefers all the other prescribers” she questions everything and makes you feel like shit for needing the medication you do and constantly makes you feel horrible about yourself and doubt your diagnosis because she’s obviously unhappy with her life. She is somebody who should not be treating people, especially with mental health.
Very unprofessional took them 4 hrs to call me back blame me for missed appointments one lady there is very rude was yelling and demanding this place has gone downhill fast I will also be finding a different provider because they demand us to come in person knowing I do not drive takes them forever to fix their mistakes they made them put all the blame on you I wouldn’t even give this place a one star it would be a zero and when you try to call they never answer the phone or you will be 2nd in line then get sent to voicemail... read more
Every time I have gone here I have horrible anxiety because of the way they treat me. I have gotten calls from them basically berating me for not turning in paperwork on time when I wasn't given the proper resources to do so. I have very bad adhd. A major side effect of adhd is forgetfulness. Being on time for appointments is not possible with adhd. Because of my medical condition and not being able to make my appointments on time, because of my adhd, im being punished and not allowed to go to this office anymore. Because of my mental condition, they refuse to see me. Seems like a good place to go.
