Nothing but positive experiences. Pamela is my counselor and is fantastic as her job. She has offered many helpful tools, as well as compassion and understanding. Kristin in my NP and is the BEST. She is a provider that will listen to what meds have worked and not worked in the past. She encourages you to be an active participant in your medication treatment. I have sought treatment for depression off and on for 20 years and this facility, by far, has been the best experience with the best providers. High recommend.
Kristen is absolutely amazing. I've been with her for years. I had to see someone else while I lived in. Youngstown due to transportation. When I came back to Warren the person I saw was so awful I left the office in tears. I decided since I'm back in Warren I will just see Kristen again. She always listens to me and gives advice but ultimately she works with what I know I need.
I used to see kim and a councilor years ago and everything was great. Its been years now since I've seen them or been a patient there but I was told I would be called the following week and never got any response. I decided to call them and was told I was on a waiting list and they would contact me the following week for an update still never heard back. After struggling with my mental health for as long as I can remember bouncing from place to place I finally found the perfect combination and been going here for a couple years now Kristen is absolutely amazing and got me on the right meds and Alex helped with my therapy as I needed it overall it’s been an amazing experience for me
I’m am so grateful for Kristin and the staff at Serenity Center. Kristin is exceptional, kind and caring. She is a huge part of the transformation of my mental health! I cannot thank them enough for their wonderful care! I highly recommend!
