I had a telehealth appointment today. First my appointment was almost a hour late. Then the link they sent didn't work, so when I called they said they only sent out one link , and now the provider went home. Now I am without my meds.
I have been going to this place for my mental health needs since I was a teenager. It is so severely disorganized, and more than half the time I call in, no one answers. There was one time where I was having a severe depressive episode and even then absolutely no one answered the phone. I understand people can get busy, but I wish the staff put more care into their clients, as the majority of them come for mental health issues. Took one star away because of this past experience. If not for the lady I talk to, who is nice, keeps appointments short and doesn't try to change anything unless I feel that I need to change something, then I would have changed doctors offices a long time ago. But this past time, their internet was down. I couldn't get my medication and was throwing up and had petichae on my face and neck. I was on 6 mg of Xanax a day AS NEEDED And I had a fill-in Nurse practitioner named Lauren. She kicked me off of my prescription cold turkey and I thought I was gonna die. I had been on it for 16 years. She didn’t even ask for a pill count or anything. She just arbitrarily Decided to kick me off without even weaning me off. I still go there but just for my every day Meds and went on medical marijuana. Which doesn’t do quite the same thing.
