After struggling with my mental health for as long as I can remember bouncing from place to place I finally found the perfect combination and been going here for a couple years now Kristen is absolutely amazing and got me on the right meds and Alex helped with my therapy as I needed it overall it’s been an amazing experience for me
I’m am so grateful for Kristin and the staff at Serenity Center. Kristin is exceptional, kind and caring. She is a huge part of the transformation of my mental health! I cannot thank them enough for their wonderful care! I highly recommend!
I can't say enough of how thankful we are for the Warren office. Anything we need and every visit we have is gratefully appreciated. We have been through alot, and out of all Dr's we have delt with we can honestly say this place is the absolute best for us.
I had a telehealth appointment today. First my appointment was almost a hour late. Then the link they sent didn't work, so when I called they said they only sent out one link , and now the provider went home. Now I am without my meds.
I have been going to this place for my mental health needs since I was a teenager. It is so severely disorganized, and more than half the time I call in, no one answers. There was one time where I was having a severe depressive episode and even then absolutely no one answered the phone. I understand people can get busy, but I wish the staff put more care into their clients, as the majority of them come for mental health issues.
