They are horribly unorganized....kept changing assessment date..then said they would call back with appt time. Never did..i call them..Dara goes oh its 11am didn't so and so tell u...no one told me..my coordinator at keystone was told they would get back to her..never did..then 1 hr before appt they canceled and said they couldn't help me. I wasted one week with these buffoon when I could of had another company authorized. Serenity is a place that I will recumbent to people I now and need it hard to find a dependable agency that has people who care and respect your every needs as a older person with disabilities needs understanding that when someone is their for you is a big blessing for me and I'm happy with your services thank you for everything
