Didn't even want to rate them any stars, that's because they don't deserve a rating at all but have to so I could give my review. This business has done nothing other than create unnecessary stress. I went there to order a wedding dress not a side of drama. Dress was ordered in February 2016 and I get married in October 16. Still no dress and no response from the business owner. Very unhappy with my experience. Bought a custom made/designed dress which arrived ridiculously too big for me (not made to measure at all). Several other things wrong with it. My feedback went unanswered. Sharon was delightful at first but obviously couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. Do NOT buy your wedding dress from here!
We paid deposit for bridesmaid dresses. Then suddenly shop closed. No contact to advise us. Then finally got advised of new address. Went several times to see them as per opening hours on the door and not opened. Rang several times and sent couple emails and no response. The last thing you need when you are planning one of the most important days in your life. I am shocked and saddened with how many people have had to go through the same stress that I have with this store. I ordered my dress from what I thought was a reputable supplier. It was ordered in January for my September wedding. 8 months should have been plenty of time to have my dream dress made, However, it arrived three weeks before the wedding after numerous delays.
