After reading about the mother who lost her baby and others' reviews about the lack of genuine care at this facility, it was no surprise that they don't acknowledge any mistakes made. Not showing up on time after the water breaks? Gaslighting? You'll never improve if you don't acknowledge mothers. These mothers' reviews speak for themselves. The staff at Serenity cares more about MONEY than MOTHERS. Is it better than a hospital? Possibly. But they're no different in a lot of ways. Do your research. LONG story short.. these people are money grubbing stuck up and uncaring people. They will make you feel judged and leave you unsupported with little resources of any value. STEER CLEAR! You’re better off at a hospital than in the hands of women who only care about money and reputation. The birth itself was fast (we arrived and I delivered with... read more

I've taken 3 years to decide if I should warn others. This place fails to meet basic prenatal care medical expectations, refuses accountability, makes sure to collect insurance money in full, and then gaslights the mother and blames her if there is any variance from an easy, short, ideal labor and birth that requires no presence, equipment, or skills. Doesn't pass the vibe check whatsoever. Don't fall for the hype. Everything turned around when I walked out of the backdoor without their consent in the middle of my labor whil... read more
