I have been going to Serenity Spa since high school (over 5 years). From the experience I had, I would NEVER recommend anyone to come here again. 2 days ago, I got a mani & eyebrow wax. I brought a special nail polish with me which they ended up irresponsibly losing/stealing. I know that one of the nail techs has my 10 dollar polish because she commented on how she liked it and asked where did I get it. I went back the next day to ask for my polish. I made reservations in advance for my fiance and I to get facials and verified that two people would be able to get started at the time they gave me so we could be out shortly after the hour. They were half an hour late starting his, did not do everything to him that they did to me (possible becuase he did not know what he was supposed to get), and then kept me up at the resgister for over twenty minutes when we were already running late from their delay. He never got his full facial and the lady said she started on time. My... read more

I stopped by the Spa a few weeks ago to just check it out. I have used another location in the mall for years. I have to say I'm going back today to get fixed up for the Thanksgiving Holiday. The massage chairs are the best I've ever sat in!!! Today I'm getting the full works. They are more expensive than the other place I have always used but it's well worth it.
