I just had the most wonderful experience at Serenity Nails! The staff were incredibly sweet and made me feel right at home, always trying their best to understand and communicate, even with a bit of a language barrier, which I found really endearing. Their dedication to good service really shone through, and the nail quality was just fantastic, I love my nails 🥰🥰
I won't be going back here. TLDR: unprofessional techs, doesnt listen to customer requests, unhygienic. Asked for SNS on my natural nail with ombre in a stiletto shape and then 2 nails kept short as they were already short. The lady seemed like she didn't want to listen to anything I said. Was pushy when I was choosing a colour. When she went to start shaping the nails she brought out the extention tips for the short nails and I had to tell her 2 times to keep them short. I went in for a pedicure and had a really disappointing experience. I wasn’t made to feel welcome at all and the service felt cold from the start. I was asked to pick a colour from the wall instead of being given the usual sample display, which made it hard to choose properly. When I asked for help finding a cream shade, there was no effort to assist and I felt spoken to quite dismissively and rudely with facial expressions of disgust.
