They responded immediately with 24 hour care for my mother straight from leaving the hospital. They were highly recommended to us. They did everything asked and everything they said they could. Definitely will be calling if ever in need of in home care again.
Very unprofessional staff, they do not train their staff properly actually they will hire anyone over 18 with no medical training at all. If a personal care assistant is hired to care for hospice patients then they should be certified aids or at the minimum trained to take a pulse. Beware do not let them care for your loved ones.
I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality care for their loved one!
