Its an ok place to live. Ive lived here for almost 3 months and ive had to get rid of a mosquito infestation, fleas my dog picked up from outside and a water leak in the bathroom. Neighbors can be loud especially on weekends. Ive had 1 package stolen from my doorstep while i was at work. Almost nobody keeps their dog on a leash or picks up their feces even though its stated in the lease to do both of those things. My brother lived there 25 years ago 250 a month then. Was smelly like a basement then. However good price. Allowing dogs was a mistake because peoe rarely act reapo sible for thekr pets
