Lived there two years. It started out decent (2017) and cheap! ($485 for a 1 bedroom) but inside the first year they switched mgt. companies and oh dear. Everyone was worried that rents would increase, and Owner and new management said "No rent increase" but of course three months later they are raising the rent. The next year, same thing. They are going to charge the most that the Federal Gov't will allow, according to "median rental rates in the area."
