This is the third time I have had injections with Dr. Charles. Needless to say I have been very satisfied with the results. Dr. Charles is very knowledgeable and explains everything. From the time you walk into the reception area all the way back to the exam area, it is clean and well appointed. I highly recommend Dr. Charles.

I have made so much progress in improving my skin since coming to Serenity Spa. I have gotten 3 laser treatments and peels so far and could see the difference after each visit. Dr. Charles pays great attention to detail and is very knowledgeable in how certain treatments will affect skin of color. I have nothing but praise and can’t wait until my next visit!
During my initial consultation Dr.Charles was super helpful on giving me insight on my hair loss issue and a step by step action plan aligned with her nutrafol serum to help feed proper nutrients to my skin and to getting the best results.
