I had an amazing experience with Nakia! She performed a wonderful service and had me glowing and my skin looking healthier and so much brighter. She was also very knowledgeable about the products I would need to continue my at home skin care regimen. I will definitely be adding a regular facial with Nakia to my beauty maintenance.
I have an appointment tomorrow. I called today to try to reschedule my appointment, they don’t answer the phone. I left a voicemail. No one never called me back. So now if I don’t make it to the appointment then they’ll keep my deposit.. on purpose.. because nobody never called me back to reschedule. If I known that this is how they operate and don’t communicate then I wouldn’t of never booked here.
My first time getting a chemical peel and Simone was great!! She made me very comfortable and the process was smooth.
I recently went to Serenity for Botox to treat my armpit hyperhidrosis. I would recommend Serenity to everyone, my experience was great! Dr. Charles was extremely friendly and answered all my questions, as this was my first time with Botox. The results have also been life changing, and anyone struggling with hyperhidrosis should definitely go here! A worthwhile treatment and a 10/10 place to get it done.
