I had an emergency appointment today and even though due to a medical issue I wasn't able to get the procedure done that I needed ill definitely be back. This is by far the most polite staff, very knowledgeable, I feel like she cares more about health than a dollar and she was very upfront and honest. I've found a new dentist!
Edited: To reflect a one star but would give a negative rating if allowed. My husband and I did not share a dentist until he talked me into trying Serenity Dental. He actually followed Dr. Allala, Jazmin and Nicole from another office because of their amazing work and personalities! Dr. Allala along with her staff customer service skills are remarkable. My dental visits are always extremely comfortable and very pleasant. I’ve always felt informed and my concerns cared for.
The best dental experience I've had in my life!!! I love dr. Allala!! Great communication and genuine concern. Her final product is outstanding!!! Post communication is also outstanding!! No pain or discomfort during treatment. Ten stars!!!
