Serenity Adult Care Home is an amazing place with truly caring owners. Priscilla and Claudiu go above and beyond to make sure every resident is treated with compassion, dignity, and love. The home is clean, welcoming, and feels like family. Their communication, professionalism, and level of care are outstanding. You can tell they genuinely care about each resident and their families. Highly recommend Serenity Adult Care Home to anyone looking for quality and trustworthy care.

I encourage you to do your homework on this place. Then do the math on these reviews. All of the reviews on this facility came after my 1st negative review. Most reviews are vague, speaking only of the asthetics of the place and of what is advertised about the place. The reviews with details on timeliness put more than 5 people living in this 5 bed facility at the same time. Exceptional. Mom lived at Serenity Care Home for 11 wonderful months, receiving the attentive care she needed. After visiting over 15 care facilities in the Portland area, we chose Serenity, thanks to Shari Levelle at Choice Advisory for guiding us. Appearence isn't everything. The lack the skills to properly care for the elderly , especially those who are active. My grandmother fell under their watch 7 times in 1 year and the final fall did her in. She had mold in her straw a relative shared. They evesdropped on conversations and even demanded the door be left open.. Even some of her items were missing. She was miserable in that place.

My great uncle stayed there and was in good spirits and healthy, just old. He consistently declined weekly. Was very unhappy. I regret not removing him. I feel like he was neglected was in a way.
