Arica was wonderful, lots of good advice and thoughtful listening. She did a PTSD release that I didn’t know I needed….as I lay there running the energy, gentle tears started for several minutes leaving me relaxed and calm. While the tears ran, I felt so many issues and hurts simply dissolving. It was cathartic and healing.
