Dr. Garcia is a wonderful chiropractor and all around wellness/coach and advocate. She provides thorough treatment and excellent care. Additionally, all the staff at Serenity Holistic Health are wonderful! Both my husband and I sing their praises and are so grateful to have found them.
I saw Arica today for my accupucture appointment. I woke up with some gallbladder pain and discomfort. I was having a flare up. After my accupucture treatment with Arica this afternoon Im feeling better.The pain has eased up, my stomach and me personally, have calmed down as well. The treatment she did was very relaxing and soothing. I also was able to eat a meal after my treatment. Thank you Arica!
Serenity is absolutely excellent! After having a bad experience with a chiropractor, I decided to give massage therapy a try. I scheduled a 30 minute massage with Alessandra and was incredibly happy. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole massage and communicated very well, asking about any areas I wanted focus on. She was very professional and gave a very good massage! I now see her for monthly massages and would recommend Alessandra and Serenity to everyone!
I see Arica at Serenity for a combo of upper body reset and accupucture. Both are fabulous and relaxing.
