A WONDERFUL DAY SPA The name Serenity speaks for itself with this spa. The ambiance is beautiful, and serene. The staff is personable as well as professional. The massage therapists really listen to your individual needs and tend to them. A truly relaxing and enjoying experience. I Highly recommend. I could not live without Serenity. Although it is a little difficult to find because it is in an office building, when I called for directions I knew right away that the staff was extremely friendly. Upon arrival I was greeted, and I was then offered tea, coffee, water, or hot chocolate. Serenity had a clean waiting room and nail area, as well as bathroom and massage rooms. Top Spa in the Area The experience I had at Serenity is what I have received at more exclusive spa but without the price. From the warm greeting I received upon my arrival, to the knowledgeable staff, my massage was extremely relaxing. Nice Spa... I enjoyed my trip to Serenity. I only had a Spa Manicure, so I can't comment on massage or anything, but overall I found it to be a pretty good place. I agree with the reviewer that said it seems more like a doctor's office than a spa...the building its in and the decor don't make you feel like your in a place of relaxation...neither does the form you fill out when you walk in. Hidden Treasure As an avid spa enthusiast, Serenity definitely did it for me. However, with no sign on BPT avenue, it was somehwat difficult to find. But, the receptionist was more than willing to guide me down BPT avenue until I safely reached their parking lot.
