I wish it would let me do no stars regarding this company. I have left multiple emails, I have left multiple voicemails, I have tried going up to their location just to find an empty building this place is a scam and a joke for taking peoples money all I wanted to get was my certificate and that lead me into making a police report and taking this company to court. Point taken they have relocated on their website and I went to the newly relocated place just to also find another empty building.
My first time here and Daniel explained everything super well and detailed. He was super friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend coming here.
I was required to complete IOP here for probation and although it was boring sometimes or didnt feel like i related to everything that was being taught it helped me so much and i learned very valuable lessons!!! i did not like my first individual counselor as she didnt seem passionate about her job, but maybe our personalities did not mesh well. I was made to do the SOP program/class. I went into the program not wanting to be doing it and pretty much telling myself I was only going to be as involved as I had to be. After about 2 meeting I learned that there where values I could take from this and not only help myself but use in my daily life that help me to solve issues and give me ammo to do the things I need to. I’m glad I gained things from it.
I do not write many reviews; but to not write one would be disrespectful to this business, employees, and services provided at Serenico. They provide a judgement free service! One that is respectful, kind, professional; and most of all honest. I would recommend that anyone who needs the services provided here, to visit here, no matter if it is for your personal need, one of probation requirements, etc. Do not spend your time or money elsewhere!
