This was such a wonderful experience. Serena was very thorough in discussing my needs expectations for the massage. Her bodyworking is incredible. With a variety of pressures and techniques she was able to massage and stretch me to help relieve several painful muscle knots. With helpful advice about how to avoid repeats of the aches, I walked away less stressed, less sore, and more informed. Highly recommended!
Serena is great and you can tell right off the jump she’s a super kindhearted person. Listens to your requests on focus areas, and does an amazing job at loosening up all those incredibly tight knots. I’ve actually never experienced some of her massage techniques before, but they are already working wonders for me as I left from an appointment just an hour ago! One of the best massages I’ve ever had. THE best experience. Serena is very knowledgeable and was able to help me pin point my problem areas and talked me through ways to reduce tension and discomfort in my day to day. I tried out the somatic massage and it was exquisite. Very light, gentle navigation of touch that felt very balancing after some deeper tissue work. It was amazing sensing how Serena had control over how my nervous system was engaging with specific points of contact. Five Stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Serena is absolutely amazing! I love deep pressure, and she struck the perfect balance between working out my tight areas and maintaining a soothing, gentle touch. For the first time ever—and I’ve been getting massages for years—I was so relaxed that I actually fell asleep. Serena is incredibly pleasant and truly takes the time to personalize each massage to your body’s individual needs. After two hours, my entire body felt completely at ease.
