I had never gotten a massage before in my life and I am so happy I went to Serena! Her whole entire space is soo welcoming and relaxing. She did an amazing job at making sure I was comfortable which was so important to me with it being my first massage experience. I look forward to seeing her every month now and honestly wish I could see her every week!! Also just did a Human Design reading with her which was incredibly transformative. She clearly knows her stuff and could not recommend her enough.
Feeling so relaxed! Had a great session with Serena. 90 minutes was an excellent amount of time for a deep work massage that got out my kinks and has left me feeling great, anticipating my next visit! I’ve been coming to Serena for over a year and I started because I was having a lot of lower back problems and after my two hour sessions with her, i would feel be so amazing and my back pain would be much more tolerable to live with of course among other things and lifestyle changes. Such an AMAZING experience having Serena do my human design report. I honestly didn’t expect this reading to hit as deeply as it did. It wasn’t just information - it felt like having a mirror held up in the best possible way. Everything was explained clearly, thoughtfully, and in a way that actually made sense in my real life. I walked away feeling more grounded, more confident, and with a much better understanding of how I operate and why. Highly recommend!!
