I can't recommend Irene more. I'm used to massage therapy that feels a little awkward socially or that physically feels good on the day of, and physically horrible the day after. Irene's awareness of how the body systems all affect each other really makes her work on your body last a long time. She also gives pointers on how to make the work last a bit longer via stretches/light exercises. I have not treated myself to a massage since Covid began. A few weeks ago, I googled my previous go to place and their prices are double pre-Covid amounts-OUCH! So, after some research, I found Irene. My apptmt was for Back, Neck and Shoulders for 1 hour. Holy cannoli, she is incredible! Irene is really strong (I requested strong pressure) but gentle at the same time.
