I had a wonderful experience at Serene Spa Lounge. The atmosphere was peaceful, clean, and very relaxing from the moment I walked in. The staff was welcoming and professional, making the entire visit enjoyable. A special thank you to Liza, who was attentive and made sure everything was perfect. She truly helped make the experience even better. I highly recommend Serene Spa Lounge and will definitely be returning!

I would like to start this review with the fact that I booked online because they encourage people to do that instead of calling in per their reviews. That was the easy part. I booked a month ahead for three services: a massage, a gloss, and a facial. At 1am on the day of my appointment as I'm getting ready to go to bed I receive a message that the massage was cancelled. I had a facial with Alyssa who was fantastic. She took the time to explain what she was doing and why she was doing it. She listened to my concerns and even though I completed the list about my concerns on their online form, she still made sure to ask me in person what I was looking for. 5/5 stars. I really appreciate everything the owner did to get me scheduled for this facial. I had to reschedule 2 times and she never made me feel like a burden. Highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back!

The staff is really kind and professional. They provide great services. Very welcoming of newbies and they are willing to explain the steps of what they are doing at each step. Great communication — they check at critical stages if the hair style for example is what I wanted and adjust accordingly.

Had a relaxing experience with my session, the service and staff were studious and excellent. I had a skin Analysis consultation and was recommended the Gentlemen’s Facial cleansing. After the session, Marissa followed up with an in-depth assessment on certain products based on my skin and a simple routine to help my skin. Thank you Marissa! Would go back and recommend others to go.
