I went here when they had a special for Christmas time and scheduled a 30 min shoulder massage and a custom facial. When I got there, both of these services were combined into one which confused me because they are two separate things. The custom facial wasn't customized. The person who gave me the facial didn't ask me any questions about my skin, about what I was wanting from the facial, etc...she just went right into the facial. I was left really confused. Serene Med Spa is where it’s at!!! This is my second time getting a facial in my life, first time at this location and let me tell you, it’s #1 by far. Marissa G. was absolutely phenomenal. Not only does she make you feel at home, the service was hands down the best I’ve ever gotten. I was immediately relaxed in the first minute of being in there. At one point I almost fell asleep 🤣. In accurate Basic Google information, like hours of operation. To owner, my intent is not the "harm" your business. Google allows reviews. Which means any one can execise freedom on speech about what their experience was. Like I did, I googled. Had a relaxing experience with my session, the service and staff were studious and excellent. I had a skin Analysis consultation and was recommended the Gentlemen’s Facial cleansing. After the session, Marissa followed up with an in-depth assessment on certain products based on my skin and a simple routine to help my skin. Thank you Marissa! Would go back and recommend others to go.
