Been coming to serene spa for a while now and usually get good quality massages. This past time was a different story though. I don't think the lady is a actual certified massage therapist. Litterally digging her whole elbow into my shoulder with all her weight after I told her it was too much pressure. Days after I'm more sore now than I was going in and it was a total waste of time and money. Lastly the massage was interrupted 3 times with phone calls being taken by her. Will not be returning.

Got a deep tissue couples massage. They were fantastic. They listened to our needs (areas that were tight or injured) and did great work! It was very clean and very relaxing. I can’t wait to go back again!
Vicky’s massage was excellent. I’m on the slimmer side, so I prefer hands with a bit more flesh for massages, and she was perfect. The 90-minute full-body massage was incredibly relaxing, and the pressure was just right. I’m a delivery driver, so my shoulders, legs, and hips are usually the most tired parts of my body. Today, I felt completely relaxed. I’ll definitely come back, once every two weeks.
